Sudden Deaths - Caused By Improper Diets

Slumping and dying is the commonest of all the sudden deaths occurring in the world today. It comes like an impact and in a few seconds, minutes, the victim kicks the bucket and he or she is declared dead. Instant death after the attack is a good one. But the attack that leads to a state of coma for days months and years is more worrisome. In this condition, the victim is almost lifeless and hopeless. He can not move his limbs, his hands and is voiceless. Most at times, blood vessels leading to the head are bursted with blood flowing out through the nose and mouth, causing very serious damage to the brain. This is a common scene anywhere, anytime and any moment
What is our next line of thinking it is his enemy. It is witchcraft, little will one talk about his life style to eating. No one will talk anything about his fatness or overweight. None will say he was a heavy smoker or an alcoholic.
Looking at the long past, the case was different. Most people died almost at their full age because they lived better lifestyles than this present modern age. You may think that they did not know how to chose their foods, from a professional assessment on the issue, is that they ate better and exercised very well than the modern age people. All their carbohydrate meals were always accompanied with variety of green vegetables. All the soups were eaten fresh as there were no storing facilities. They preferred bitter food items than sweetened ones. That is why they used to eat bitter leaves, utasi editan, Ntan and atama soups without the bitter substances and gel in them removed.
They were in the habit of using green leaves and juices for all their medications and can live up to eighty years without putting on appearance in the hospital. Their meat mostly came from fish, stockfish, snails, crayfish, chicken and goat and were rarely exposed to red meat. After a heavy breakfast, they stayed in the farms for upto ten hours a day, using nearly all the energy released from food for hardw ork. Some would bicycle from Essien Udim to Ishiet Uruan to buy crayfish and fish. Eggs, the major source of cholesterol which is a risk factor for heat diseases with no energy reserved that cause them not to be fat were some how taboo to them, rather they sold eggs from their farms to the whites and the elites at then.
What is the situation now in our society! We reject anything bitter. Bitter leaves are washed with chemicals or hot water to get rid of bitter substances, the colour and the gel. We now go in for cooked, processed and refined foods. And often, chemicals in form flavour colour, and spices are added to our foods to meet our taste and eye appeal. The worst of the harmful effects in the body come from these processed foods and now junk foods. Junk foods are prepared with very high amount of salt, sugar, oil, meat and eggs. These type of foods originated from the Americas and this is where you have the greatest number of people with obesity, heart diseases, cancer, stroke. These patterns of diseases are now prevalent in our society especially among the high ups. You need to visit the specialist hospitals to see things for yourself. The questions in foods are the main sources of waste substances like cholesterol, tannin, toxins, uric acid, excess fatty acids, sugars and proteins are introduced into the body. The group of these foods are rich waste substances that help to block and narrow the blood vessels and subjecting victims to attack of stroke, heart attack, cancer, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and obesity.
All of us want to live our full lives and in good health and we fail to make conscious efforts in this direction. It is a pity that man, the most intelligent and clever of all living beings are unable to notice when deterioration of their health due to damage done by these toxic substances in foods.
It is good to know when there are certain minor changes taking place in our bodies. You cannot explain why you have headaches, body pains, heat palpitation, weakness of muscles, sleeplessness, shallow breath, frequent constipation, inability to evacuate your bowel daily, irregular and painful menstruation in women. They are all signs and symptoms of unidentified diseases to come later in life. These undesirable substances make our blood to be filthy and toxified. The conditions that always warrant the soul in the body to be in a hurry to leave and allow the carcass to rot
The way out is to eat natural and fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts and grains as these are the types of foods that guarantee proper cleansing of the body of waste substances and also nourish the body with vitamins, minerals, Enzymes, antioxidant and fibres. Adequate consumption of these foods cleanse every debris in the blood vessels, organs and cells. They also dilate the blood vessels and make them flexible for easy transportation of blood to all parts of the body.
